Treadmill for 30 minutes at lunchtime - short sharp workout to wake me up. Worked, but you could have squeezed a cocktail out of the sweat that came off me.
Suffice to say I spent the weekend doing what I usually do; i.e. enjoying myself immensely. Also took the opportunity of celebrating a milestone birthday while I had my sister and the H-Baggage in town. Delightful evening, and very very touched to have so many fun people come and celebrate with me. Life being a bit awesome, can't wait for the rest of the decade.
