Spacebar

When I read over stuff I have written, it occurs to me I am not half the writer I thought I was really – nor half the writer some others are. I did a creative writing course some two years ago and remember the tutor, a successful published scribe herself, saying that good writers are observers; the ones at the party who sit back and take things in rather than partaking in the idle drunken chatter in the kitchen.

I think I have answered what the problem might be - if I sat back at a party people would wonder why it was so quiet. I am a born attention whore.

Stories about Berlin to follow, shortly.
